I wanted to share my personal experience with Greg and his team at Apex Renovation Pros. I was faced with the challenge of an outdated kitchen that was in dire need of a modern touch. After reaching out to Greg and his team, I was confident I had found the right professionals for the job. Greg and the Apex team communicated very well throughout my remodel project! If you’re looking for professional home renovation experts in the Bradenton area, Apex does it all! It was nice to be able to work with a contractor that does EVERYTHING! Instead of having to wait for an Electrician or Plumber, Greg’s team did every job from start to finish…design, demolition, renovation, electrical and plumbing. Their pricing is very competitive and the quality of their work is second to none. We’re now working with his team to get a new roof and outdoor patio area. Can’t wait to finish our project with Apex!

I recently teamed up with Apex Renovation Pros for a makeover on my kitchen and bath, and let me tell you, I'm over the moon with how everything turned out! Greg and his crew were total pros from day one, really paying attention to the nitty-gritty details that make a big difference. Right off the bat, Greg showed his stuff. He took the time to get what I wanted for the space and even threw in some cool ideas to jazz up the design. And boy, did they nail it! From the tiles to the cabinets, every little thing was done with care and precision. But what really blew me away was their follow-up game. Greg was on it, always there to chat through any questions or worries I had. Plus, he kept me looped in on how things were going every step of the way. That kind of transparency made me feel super comfy and kept the project right on track. Thanks to Greg and his awesome crew, my kitchen and bath are like something out of a dream. Seriously, if you're after top-notch work and killer customer service, Apex Renovation Pros is where it's at! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to spruce up their space.

First and foremost, communication with Apex Renovations was consistently lacking throughout the project. From delayed responses to unanswered calls and texts, trying to reach Greg felt like shouting into the void. This lack of communication not only led to frustration but also caused unnecessary delays. Furthermore, the quality of the restoration work done by Apex left much to be desired. Upon inspection, it became apparent that several aspects of the project were subpar and required extensive rework (ie fans not secured at the ball/hip, damaged sliding doors, holes left vs patching after wire shelving removed, door handles installed improperly, stains on carpet from fabricating/painting a floor guide for a barn door, etc) . There were also tools and materials left lying around/on the side of my home for me to clean up/dispose of. Overall, my experience with Apex Renovations was highly disappointing. The combination of poor communication and the need for substantial rework left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. While I understand that challenges can arise in any project, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Apex is unacceptable. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Apex to others based on my experience. Potential clients would be wise to seek out a company that prioritizes clear communication and upholds high standards of workmanship to avoid similar disappointments.
