Left at least a half dozen messages about needing repairs to faucets in master bathroom. Have used their services before, but can't get anybody to call me back this time. Will take my business elsewhere.

I contacted CJ's a leaking well and Mike was able to help and schedule an appointment between 1 and 3. they showed up right at 1pm and were able to repair the pipe and resolve my issue in an timely manner and without having to "go pickup a part". The final was under the quoted price. The service was outstanding. Thank you so very much

Went on line to request an appt for backflow testing and inquire how much the fee would be. I NEVER received a call from the office or an email response back to discuss the appointment or for them to let me know they were coming. Since I did not receive any notification from CJ's, I decided to search for another company to do my backflow testing. When my technician arrived, there was a CJ's tag already there. Apparently, CJ's plumbing just shows up without calling back or confirming the request. Called CJ's to ask about why I was not contacted at all about their service. The answer was that "this one may have fallen through the cracks." Any professional company would have said, we apologize and we won't charge you for our error. So now I am stuck with having to pay a bill for a service that I was just "requesting to schedule." If you want any information on services with CJ's, do not use their website form. They will just show up without confirming and charge you. Not a nice experience with them. :( :( Two thumbs down.

John is the consummate professional. We have had great experiences with CJ's plumbing especially when we needed them in an emergency. Honest and thorough with their approach and very fair pricing as well. I wouldn't call anyone else.

C&J plumbing came to our rescue, when we had a broken pipe. The problem is now fix and we’re most happy with the service and dry floor. We will use them again, when needed and recommend them.
