I'm so impressed with this company! Our hot water heater quit and was leaking into the condo below. Since we are new to the area, we didn't have a plumber yet. We saw a Monroe Plumbing truck in our parking lot and decided to give them a call. Linda was so friendly on the phone and had Scott at our house within 20 minutes. He assessed the situation, shut off the supply water valve and said he would be back at 8am the next day to replace the unit. Sure enough Scott and Chris arrived promptly at 8am and made quick work of replacing the water heater and the supply valve. They were incredibly respectful of our home, so professional, and super friendly. It was a pleasure meeting these guys and we are happy to support a 3rd generation family business - what a rare and special thing!!

I spoke to Linda in the morning and she was able to get me on their schedule in the afternoon. Greatly appreciate! Thank you Chris, for fixing the clog on our unit’s kitchen sink. Chris made sure theres’s no surprise by providing me the issue before he starts. Price is fair and reasonable. We will definitely use Monroe Plumbing for any future needs.

I called Monroe plumbing late afternoon on Wednesday to inquire about getting a few leaky hoses fixed in our backyard. Scott came out early Thursday morning and had everything fixed quickly, neatly, and was so polite. He explained what was happening and where the problems were for each hose bib. Highly recommend Monroe Plumbing!
