Our pool was installed three years ago. Still no final inspection. Most importantly, the pool cage was not grounded. This is very concerning as it is attached to our home and I am worried about possible danger should lightning strike on or near. Just about everything on the pool has broken and we had a major expensive leak. The travertine pool pavers have all sunken and need to be replaced as the ground was not prepared properly. The cheap salt water filtration system has broken twice and we now have resorted to chlorine.Today the pool heater stopped working. I have emailed and called Reef Pools owner Pete Dospel at least a half dozen times, and not received a response. Be warned your pool may look good initially, but good luck with any warranty or aftermarket issues and make certain you get a final inspection. Can’t sell your house without one.

Very Satisfied. It’s been a few years since they’ve installed our pool, but last year our glass waterline tile started shattering & flaking off. Turned out it was a faulty (and expensive) glass mosaic tile that was discontinued with common complaints nationwide with NPT. Pete coordinated with the supplier for replacements, free of charge & had them installed. These guys came through and took care of our issue without hesitation. It’s nice to have a company return your calls long after the warranty expired. I highly recommend them.
