Had a little water intrusion from Debby in a first floor bedroom. Carpet and baseboards totally soaked along one wall. Set up an appointment with RestoPros and they were out to my home that evening. Doug and Rawlin were great! Very prompt in responding, super helpful in moving all the furniture out and fantastic follow up. Room dried out perfectly in 3 days. This is one service you hope never to need in Florida but I am so thankful we found these guys. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again (though I hope I don't hav too). Excellent service all around guys! Thank you so much!

Our home was flooded during both Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We found outselves totally overwhelmed with our dire situation. I interviewed 3 reputable companies. The team at Restopro gave us an extraordinary amount of time in person to help us understand the process and to introduce the techs who would be working on our home. I can't say enough about Doug, who is one of the owners. He is empathetic, a great listener and a problem solver. He is responsive and kind. He is exactly the personality needed to help navigate through a horrendous and emotionally challenging time. Matthew, a co-owner, was the hands-on person helping me daily. He never lost patience with us even though we constantly asked too many questions. He was so helpful and was happy to do whatever was needed-even outside his job description. When we were done with the remediation portion, Doug and Matt were still available to refer other vendors to me or answer additional questions and concerns. They are an outstanding company and we are HUGE fans!

Matt Lasker with RestoPros is the bomb. He literally came up same day, ripped out our walls, put all the water mitigation equipment up, dried out all damaged areas while sanitizing to the top standards, and helped our family get everything set up for live in ready status. Reasonable as heck and someone I wouldn’t hesitate to call again in the future. Pay that man! Call Matt for all your future water mitigation needs. He knows what to do and has the professionalism and humility to do it right for a price that anyone can afford!
