If I could give more stars I would, Shannon, Shaun and crew were fantastic to work with. Subterrain technologies worked tirelessly with me. I thank them for the excellent customer service experience. This company went above and beyond to make sure my needs and services were meet this experience was amazing and took a lot of stress off of me during this difficult time they were assertive and very efficient with the tasks at hand. Thank you for your excellent customer service and quick response to assist me.

I called last week to request a sewer line camera inspection. It was borderline afterhours, and the clerk answering the phone appears to have been an answering service although she wouldn't admit as much. She took down all my information and said I would get a call back soon, but I didn't get any call back. Okay, maybe it's a fluke, I think to myself. Yesterday, Monday, I call again. Again I give them all the requested information (including, frankly, irrelevant info such as whether the line is cast iron or pvc) and make a tentative appointment for 3:00pm. But the appointment is not confirmed by a call back and thus cancelled. This morning, nearly 24 hours later, someone identifying herself as Tiffany calls me about a clog. I'm confused. Is this a customer? Finally she says "I'm with sub-terrain technologies" (why don't you identify yourself properly from the outset?). I tell her that I have already scheduled with a different company after not hearing back from her all day, and that I had also called last week. She said she's the only one answering the phone and denied my assertion to have phoned them last week. I'm disappointed in this company. It never ceases to amaze me how easy it is to provide proper service to a customer and how many companies out there just sabotage their business out of sheer incompetence and negligence. Even if she had told me yesterday "it may take me 24 hours to get back to you" would have been fine. But ignoring me altogether is inept. Denying that they completely dropped the ball on my previous call last week is sheer stupidity (what are you trying to gaslight me?). Not apologizing and recognizing that this is improper business practice tops it all off. I'm baffled. How do companies operate like this?

I was not a customer bit encountered several employees. I was on a family trip on a rental car. Our tire blew out and we ended up in the parking lot of this company. They were do kind and helpful.

I called with what I thought was a very serious problem(and could have been. They were VERY professional from the moment the office answered the phone to the time that they cleaned up and left my house. They answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of insight on some of my concerns with my older home(Cast iron pipes being the biggest.) VERY knowledgeable. Lewis and Louis were the service techs. They located and dug out all of my clean-outs that were buried from the previous home owner and marked them. On top of all of this, the price that they quoted at the office was the same price that I put on the check. I would highly recommend using this company.

A subterranean technologies is a great family ran company no matter what the problem is the staff will make sure that you are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner even if it comes out of their own pocket
