First and foremost, Wes was fantastic. He was kind and informative as we didn't know all the ins and outs of water treatment but after talking with him we decided to have waterbird install a new water softener with carbon filter in our home. They also ended up giving us a free drinking water system for our main sink so that we have high quality filtered water and we never even knew this was possible. We are very happy with this company. Wes was so kind he offered to fix our garbage disposal while he was here! Thanks again we will for sure be calling them for any plumbing or handyman services in the future.

I have never really believed in these systems but I clean a home that just had the whole house unit installed! What a difference!! The bathrooms don’t have that grim/buildup that puddled water leaves behind. Everything I have to hand wash shines like it was done in the dishwasher!! I am a believer now!
